A Business Studies graduate of the University of Westminster, with over twenty years experience in private organisations Audrey retrained to become a Hypnotherapist, Hypno-analyst Psycho-therapist and member of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy and the Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists.
Having experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy in her personal and professional life she is a believer in the use of hypnosis to empower ourselves and realise our own potential. As a result she set up The Hypnotherapy Studio to offer others the benefits of hypnotherapy. Her promise is to work within the I.C.H.P. Code of Ethics, assure confidentially and assist clients through solution focused hypnotherapy to achieve their goals, change their habits and to assist with the release of negative emotions.
