If you are a smoker you may have reached a crucial point on your journey to quitting smoking. You may have tried a number of ways to stop smoking without success and you have now finally committed yourself to giving up. If so then the pain of quitting smoking becomes 100 times easier with hypnosis. Being a non smoker will be easy, effortless and natural to you. During our first session which lasts approximately two hours we will analyse the reasons you smoked in the first place and created the program within yourself to be smoker. After all you didn’t embark on smoking because you liked it, quite the opposite, it didn’t taste or smell nice, perhaps it made you feel ill and really and truly if you were to look back you may never have thought about the real reason why you started to smoke but however somehow you just continued smoking.
So during our session we will reprogram your habits so that you no longer wish to smoke and you no longer have the desire to smoke. Instead of thinking about giving something up you are actually just doing something different and benefiting your health, your finances and your self esteem. We will also deal with any possible substitutions to nicotine, e.g. food.
Each client is given a CD after the first session to listen to which will reinforce the positive suggestions given.
