Losing weight is easy and once you start to feel the benefits of losing weight  you will have the motivation and desire to continue until you reach your ideal weight.  Hypnosis involves creating the positive desire in the client to reach their goal weight. Automatically you will be eating healthier, drinking more water, creating a pattern of wellbeing, taking regular exercise and feeling good that you are actually achieving your goal.  It does not involve willpower as willpower is based in the conscious mind, instead we work on the client’s deeper subconscious mind and reprogram it through suggestion therapy.  Sometimes if a client has a deeper issue involving food then we suggest several sessions of hypno-analysis to discover the cause and effect and to eliminate the symptoms of the clients problems. 

Each client is given a CD after the first session to listen to which will reinforce the positive suggestions given.
